Achille's Heel

I sat at my computer pondering about what to enlighten you fine folks with and I kept failing to think of anything worthy your interest. About that time I hear commotion out in the hallway so I subsequently walk out into the hall to see what the noise is about. That's when I see tennis balls littered around the floor with sounds of balls hitting walls and people. As I round the corner I observe guys throwing tennis balls down the hall at other guys at the other side who are consequently throwing them back. What we have here is a tennis ball war and what true man does not love a fight? In that split second, me being the brave warrior that I am, start stocking my pockets full of tennis balls. Once they could hold no more I fill my hands with balls and start my charge. The fearless warrior instinct rose inside as I ran down the hall eating up the pelts of balls and continuing on. I reach the other side and then presume to unleash the beast. I start nailing everyone with tennis balls left and right, mainly focusing on their primary warrior. He gets hit several times and hides in a room until I am out of ammo in which he comes out and throws a ball that hits me in me in a sensitive area.

Reminds me of the age old story of Achille and his heel. He tore up the Trojans just as I tore up the guys on my floor, yet even great warriors such as ourselves were able to be taken down by a single shot. No matter how great a person comes they are able to be taken down in one swift motion that leaves them useless and vulnerable. I hope you enjoyed the first of hopefully many entries and leave learned and such.
